Run Like a Girl
This event is for our youngest girls - elementary age from our schools! Through the summer, this running club promotes strength and self confidence through running and other activities in preparation for the Run Like a Girl 5K on August 18 at 9am.

King George Fall Festival - 60th Annual!
KG DECA members and other students volunteer at this event on Saturday, October 13, 2018, helping with games and rides and moving crafters in and out of KGHS. This is a wonderful and FREE community event! If you are interested in being a craft or food vendor or want to be in the parade, go to kgfallfestival.com and fill out the forms!
DECA Dodgeball
DECA Dodgeball continues to be a fun activity for students and staff at KGHS! For just $5 a person to make up an 8 person team, this heated competition leads to bragging rights for the winning Dodgeball Team! Spectators can watch for just $5 and concessions are available. Sign up your team by Nov 1st for this event on Thur, Nov 8 at KGHS Gym at 3:30pm! All proceeds benefit Virginia Veteran and Family Support. Team registration form below for download!
DECA 5K on Veterans Day
This 5K Run is held annually on Veterans Day - November 11! This year, we will be up early - registration is 7:30am with the Run start at 8am. What a great way to start a Sunday morning! All proceeds from this event go to the Some Gave All Foundation in King George. If you would like to run, the form is available on this site for download! District Leadership Conference
November 28, 2018 is the date set for this year's District 19 events - Your first chance for competition! There will be lots of prep for this event before hand. Be sure to sign up for your event before the end of September so you will be ready to WIN and move on to States!
